Estimates are provided free of charge and generally take 60 minutes depending on the scope of the project. All estimates are done by Farrell Contracting Inc owner and crew lead, Keenan Farrell.

We will work around your schedule to craft a personalized timeline for project completion. Work begins after an approved estimate, signed contract, and (if applicable) secured architect plans.

Farrell Contracting Inc will work with your architect and designer to hone in on your specific style. We only recommend the areas leading subcontractors, ensuring meticulous and finely tuned results to bring your vision to reality.
